At Active Schools, we want to recognize schools that have achieved all 6 levels and want to continue in the Active Schools Program.

These schools are called SuperActive Schools!

Instead of having to fill out level forms each time you complete an activity, SuperActive Schools apply annually to maintain their SuperActive Status.

Every April, complete and submit the SuperActive Forms, one for each ACTIVE category. Show us that you have compeleted a minimum of 6 activities in each category throughout the year, and show your school that you are still committed to staying active!

SuperActive Forms must be submitted by April 14th, 2008 to receive their SuperActive Plaque for the school year.

SuperActive Schools will recieve recognition plaques each June, and are also eligible for a GRAND PRIZE just for SuperActive Schools!
