- Materials:
- 3 or 4 objects as targets per group, variety of soft objects (bean bags)
- Activity Description:
- This activity will provide students the opportunity to work in teams by aiming at targets and getting physically active along the way.
- Overview:

- Students work in groups of 6-8 students.
- Each group places the ‘targets’ in the centre of their group.
- Identify each target with an activity (i.e., bucket 1 is two-foot hops, box 2 is jumping jacks, etc.)
- Students in the groups throw beanbags or balls at the targets.
- When anyone hits a target, the whole group stops and does the activity identified with that target.
- When they all finish the activity, each group member continues to try to hit targets.
