PlaySport materials have been prepared for implementation, under supervised conditions. Teachers or leaders should be careful to inspect facilities and equipment, and to recognize that participants' fitness and skill levels are highly variable.
The Ontario Physical and Health Education Association, its representatives, and all program partners are not responsible for the implementation of the materials and they shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, special or consequential, which result from the use or misuse of or negligent use of the materials, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any damages arising from injury incurred by participants.
