Use the inventory to identify your assets and priorities as you develop your healthy school plans.

The Healthy School Visioning Activity can be used to develop a shared vision and collective awareness of what is important to your school community. It will also help you begin to identify goals and actions to establish your road map to a healthier school community.

The Healthy School Action Plan template can be used by the Healthy School Team or committee to guide the development, implementation and evaluation of a school community action plan. This tool was originally developed in collaboration by York Region Health Services, York Region District School Board and Ophea.
