Many schools are already using Ophea's programs and services and are on their way to making their school a healthy school. If you have not started building your healthy school and community, consider choosing an Ophea program to start building a healthier learning environment and participating in Ontario's Healthy Schools Recognition Program.
Ophea has created a variety of promotional and informational materials for use in schools and communities across Ontario, including the 2009/10 Healthy Schools and Communities Calendar and the Healthy Schools Process Poster. These materials provide practical information, tips and ideas on how adopt a comprehensive approach to school health, where healthy active living goes hand in hand with learning.
