Ophea’s new Healthy Schools & Communities section was created to assist public health staff and community partners to effectively work with schools and school boards across Ontario, through the sharing of information, resources and other tools. The new section is intended to serve as an online hub to provide key information and make connections between health units, community partners and schools.
All training sessions are full! Thank you for your interest in the new Healthy Schools & Communities web section!
The Healthy Schools & Communities online training will allow you to:
- Navigate efficiently and effectively through the Healthy Schools & Communities web section on Ophea.net
- Discover information, resources, tools and supports available for beginning, improving and maintaining healthy schools programs for children and youth
- Practice searching and adding information to Ophea’s Resource Database and Community Directory with live troubleshooting support
- Provide feedback and suggestions for further development of the Healthy Schools & Communities section of Ophea.net
