Ophea believes that H&PE is an essential and necessary aspect of student achievement and the overall healthy development of children and youth. As one of two provincial subject associations for H&PE (a joint-responsibility with the Ontario Association for the Supervision of Physical and Health Education), Ophea provides provincially coordinated leadership and support for H&PE.
