Breakfast Club of Canada

Eligibility/Funding Criteria:

  • Every child and youth should have a healthy breakfast each morning before school
  • The program will assist with establishing a new breakfast program or strengthening an existing one, we provide schools with the necessary funds, kitchen equipment, training, tools and food donations

Eligibility/Funding Criteria:

  • For Ontario First Nation status members Minor sports teams, individual athletes 25 years and under & special events
  • Rural communities (with a population less than 150,000 people) and public schools
  • Supports community improvements such as playgrounds, recreation centers, etc.
  • Organization must be partnered with a municipality or a municipal government who agrees to receive the money contributed and issue official tax receipts in the municipality's name

Happy Hands Contest

Physical Activity in Secondary Schools (PASS) Grant

Region: Provincial

Eligibility/Funding Criteria:

  • All secondary schools and school boards in Ontario are eligible and encouraged to apply for a PASS grant.
  • Please note that each school board must review, approve, and submit applications to the ministry to be considered for funding for the 2017-18 school year. 
  • PASS grants can support projects that are regional, board-wide (including co-terminus boards), or targeted to an individual secondary school or a group of secondary schools.
