Wallet Wellness Classroom Challenge

Please Note: The Wallet Wellness Classroom Challenge is now closed.

Ophea partnered with Meridian Credit Union to offer the Wallet Wellness Classroom Challenge, a financial literacy challenge for Ontario teachers and students. The challenge was intended to increase student’s understanding of financial basics to successfully navigate today’s complex financial world. The Challenge encouraged the use of the Wallet Wellness activities that include curriculum expectations from the Health and Physical Education, Math and language curricula. Participation in this challenge provided students with opportunities to explore healthy living skills while considering how financial choices and decisions affect our overall well-being.
